The Client Pathway Team is integral to Gracelands Group of Services. The
team is the first point of contact for new enquires and referrals into
our services.

HOW TO ACCESS OUR SERVICE:
The Client Pathway Team is based at the National Service Centre in Te
Awamutu. We are available to undertake referral meetings at any
Graceland facility in Hamilton, Te Awamutu, Cambridge, and Taumarunui.
