At Gracelands Group of Services we recognise everyone's need to be occupied, productive and to contribute to society in order to feel fulfilled. We therefore offer a comprehensive range of services specifically designed to support people whose lives have been disadvantaged by an intellectual or physical disability, injury, illness or through circumstance, and work with each individual to help them achieve their aspirations.

Client Pathway Team

The Client Pathway Team is the first point of contact for new enquiries and referrals to Gracelands' services. Based on the client's goals the Pathway Team designs an individualised vocational plan which may include;

Supported employment opportunities

Rehabilitation services

Skill improvement programmes

Social activities

Work teams

Therapeutic focussed sessions

Many of these activities are conducted within the community and ongoing support and monitoring is provided to ensure the client's pathway through the organisation is positive and empowering.

Gracelands Commercial Activities

Gracelands operates a number of commercial activities that are designed to provide income for the organisation along with work opportunities for clients. These include a commercial laundry operation, a cleaning crew, and a team carrying out general labouring work including mowing, ground maintenance and litter collection.

Gracelands Insight Learning is a Private Training Establishment operating out of premises in Hamilton, Paeroa and New Plymouth which delivers a range of training courses aimed at getting people into permanent work or further education. It specialises in providing training for the disability and aged care sector.
